( go heavy here) rest 60 sec
A2. 3x 10-15 rep shoulder shrugs
rest 30 sec

B1. BB front Squats 5×5 rest 90 sec btw sets
B2. 4×5 rep SB Leg curls 5 sec hold

3 sets
C1. front raises 12-15 reps
C2. walking lunges for 45 sec
